“SAK 3” \u2013 Certified Experts in Fire Safety<\/h2>\n

There are occasions when the Building Committee determines that the self-monitoring conducted by the Building Developer is insufficient. In such cases, the Building Committee can require examination of necessary documentation by a Certified Expert. The Certified Expert checks that the Building Developer meets current building regulations in the event of a fire. In these situations, there is a need for a Certified Expert in Fire Safety (so-called “SAK 3″).
